Krasnodar Region attracted 3.4 billion rubles in investment at Innoprom 2025

Vice Governor Alexander Ruppel summarized the Kuban delegation’s achievements at the international industrial exhibition in Yekaterinburg.

«Every year at Innoprom, Krasnodar Region strengthens its position as the industry leader. Kuban booth traditionally hosts high-level discussions on key industry issues such as workforce development, interregional cooperation, and the growth of regional industrial funds. Products from 12 local companies gained strong interest, with preliminary agreements for new sales channels underway. We also held talks with business leaders and signed contracts to implement key industrial projects for the region.»

Thanks to the balanced industrial policy under Governor Veniamin Kondratyev’s leadership, today Krasnodar Region ranks among the most favorable locations to establish and grow industrial enterprises. Agreements were made to create and expand four factories specializing in glass processing, UAVs technologies, and automotive components. The total investment amounts to 3.4 billion rubles, with an expected 400 new jobs.

Several projects will take place on existing sites within industrial and technological parks.

In the Krasnodar industrial park, the largest glass recycling plant in the Southern Federal District is under construction. At Innoprom, an agreement was signed with investors to increase production capacity and expand the range of insulated glass and interior glass products.

Another factory to be built in Krasnodar, will specialize in decorating glass containers, with an annual output capacity of up to 50 million units.

At the region’s first technological park, based at the Armavir Electrical Engineering Plant, automotive brake disc production is being set up. Plans include launching a full-cycle machine assembly line and developing an interregional industrial cluster. The plant’s annual output target is one million units, with 90% Russian-made raw materials.

In Abinsk District, a plant manufacturing engines for unmanned aircraft systems will be built. The investor plans to use domestic raw materials; the current production line achieves a localization rate of 97%, reflecting a strong commitment to domestic sourcing.

The delegation reached agreements on industrial cooperation with partners from the Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics. Joint projects with enterprises in the Kherson and Sverdlovsk regions and the Association of Developers and Manufacturers of Engineering Security Equipment aim to create an Interregional Radioelectronics Cluster. Collaboration will also continue with development agencies in Amur Oblast and the Republic of Bashkortostan.

This seventh Innoprom participation saw a Kuban delegation of government officials, municipal heads, the Regional Industrial Development Fund, and manufacturers. Twelve Kuban producers exhibited. The joint booth was organized by the Ministry of Industrial Policy and the Regional Industrial Development Fund.

Since Innoprom launched in 2010, Krasnodar representatives have signed contracts for 17 projects worth more than 24.5 billion rubles, generating over 6,400 jobs—accounting for half of all industrial investments underway in the region. During this time, more than 160 contracts totaling 7.8 billion rubles have been concluded.
