Since early 2025, Krasnodar Region’s resorts have welcomed over 6.5 million visitors

Tourist numbers to Kuban have remained steady compared to last year. The most popular destinations are still Sochi, Gelendzhik, Anapa, Novorossiysk, the municipal districts of Tuapse and Primorsko-Akhtarsk, along with the Temryuk, Slavyansk, and Yeisk districts.

«At present, more than 380,000 people are staying in the Krasnodar Region’s resorts at any given time. They have access to 445 fully equipped beaches stretching over 115 kilometers. These are located along the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov, as well as near inland lakes and reservoirs,» said Mikhail Zaritsky, Acting Minister of Resorts, Tourism, and Olympic Heritage of the Krasnodar Region.

The region offers nearly 11,000 accommodation facilities with a total capacity of 247,000 rooms, including over 350 four- and five-star hotels. Eighty-six all-inclusive hotels operate offer relaxation, health, and entertainment facilities. More than 200 sanatoriums provide almost 50,000 rooms.

There are over 730 attractions available to visitors, ranging from ethnographic and natural sites to industrial and agricultural experiences. Guests can choose from 291 tourist routes and 211 guided tours.

Along the coast, the regional office of Rospotrebnadzor performs daily checks of air quality, beaches, seawater, and drinking water. From Gelendzhik to the border with the Republic of Abkhazia, as well as in the village of Taman up to the Rostov Region, beaches and water meet all health and safety standards. Swimming and beach activities are allowed.
